Payment Policy

At VRC Renewable Energy, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth, transparent transaction process for all our clients. Below is our payment policy, designed to align with international standards and best practices in the industry.

1. Quotation and Deposit

Quotation: Upon request, VRC Renewable Energy will provide a comprehensive quotation detailing the costs associated with your solar installation project. This quotation includes the cost of equipment, installation, and any applicable taxes.

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is required to confirm your order and secure the installation date. This deposit is non-refundable once the project is scheduled, reflecting our commitment to dedicating resources to your project.

2. Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit/Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Cheques
  • Google Pay

When making a payment, kindly reference your invoice number to ensure correct allocation.

3. Payment Schedule
  • Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is due upon order confirmation.
  • Second Payment: 40% of the total quoted price is payable upon the arrival of the solar components at your site. You will receive a notification and an invoice when the components have been delivered.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 10% of the total quoted price is due upon completion of the installation and prior to the system being connected to the grid. The final invoice is due within 7 days of receipt.
4. Late Payments
  • Interest on Overdue Invoices: Payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee of 15% per month on the outstanding balance.
  • Suspension of Services: If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, VRC Renewable Energy reserves the right to suspend or terminate the installation process until the outstanding balance is settled.
5. Refund Policy
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations after the deposit has been made may result in forfeiture of the deposit, depending on the progress of the project.
  • Refunds: Refunds for any payments, excluding the deposit, will be processed based on the work completed and expenses incurred as of the cancellation date.
6. Financing Options
  • Third-Party Financing: We collaborate with several financing partners to offer flexible payment plans for your solar installation. Please contact us for more information about financing options.
  • Payment Plans: For qualifying customers, we offer in-house payment plans. Please consult with our sales team to discuss available options.
