Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 10/09/2024

Welcome to VRC Renewable Energy. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including solar energy system design, installation, and maintenance. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. General

VRC Renewable Energy provides professional solar installation services to clients across India. By entering into an agreement with us, you accept these Terms and Conditions, which govern all aspects of our services, including payment schedules, timelines, and warranties.

2. Scope of Services
  • Site Assessment: We conduct on-site evaluations to determine the best solar solution for your property.
  • System Design: Based on your energy needs, we design a custom solar power system tailored to your requirements.
  • Installation: Our qualified team installs solar panels, inverters, and other system components. All installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Maintenance: Post-installation services include system monitoring, maintenance, and support.
3. Third-Party Products

VRC Renewable Energy sources components (e.g., solar panels, inverters) from third-party manufacturers. While we do not produce or sell these products directly, we carefully select reputable suppliers to ensure the quality and reliability of the components used in your installation.

4. Pricing and Payments
  • Quotation : A detailed quote will be provided after the initial site assessment. The quote will cover all necessary components, installation costs, labor, and applicable taxes.
  • Deposit : A 50% deposit of the total quoted amount is required upon signing the contract to confirm the project.
  • Second Payment : 40% is due upon the arrival of the solar components at your site.
  • Final Payment : The remaining 10% is payable upon completion of the installation, due within 7 days after project completion.
  • Late Payments : Any late payments may incur interest or suspension of services until the outstanding amount is cleared.
5. Installation Process and Timeline
  • Project Timeline : Upon receipt of the deposit, we will provide an estimated timeline for completion. Timelines may be subject to delays due to weather conditions or component availability, but we will communicate any changes promptly.
  • Installation Site Requirements : The client is responsible for providing a safe and accessible installation site. Any delays or costs arising from site inaccessibility or hazards will be the client’s responsibility.
6. Warranty and Maintenance
  • Workmanship Warranty : VRC Renewable Energy provides a 5-year workmanship warranty on all installation work. This covers defects in workmanship but excludes damage caused by external factors (e.g., severe weather, misuse).
  • Product Warranties : Components (e.g., solar panels, inverters) are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist in processing any warranty claims if issues arise with third-party components.
  • Maintenance Services : We offer ongoing maintenance plans to ensure the system operates efficiently. Regular inspections and maintenance are encouraged to extend the lifespan of your solar power system.
7. Liability

VRC Renewable Energy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the installation or use of the solar energy system, including loss of income, property damage, or personal injury caused by third-party products.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellation by Client : Should you wish to cancel the project after signing the contract, you must provide written notice. If cancellation occurs after the deposit is paid but before installation begins, the deposit may be forfeited to cover administrative and planning costs.
  • Cancellation by VRC : We reserve the right to cancel the contract if the site is deemed unsuitable for installation or if unforeseen circumstances arise, in which case any deposits paid will be refunded.
9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts located in the specific areas.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

VRC Renewable Energy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will take effect immediately upon publication.
